Like one or two other Gooroo clients, I am a "late-in-life" computer user. Young people, these days, seem to emerge from the womb with computer skills. Back in the days even before Black & White TV, we knew nothing of today's technology --- and still have not learned much. Jason is patient and thorough when explaining things --- and, most of the time, I just want the system to work without having to understand it. Technically, Jason is very competent and gets things going. I also particularly value his "follow-up" practice --- even as I write, he is continuing to ensure that everything is in order.

Jason has been my "tech" for several years now. In that time he has "set-up" new machines, sorted a variety of printer issues, resolved my frustrating internet supply problems, and ultimately keeps my business machines in full working mode.
His response is quick and polite. His manner most professional. His ability seems broad and experienced.
